Some Constructions Notes: Retro Wirewrapped Bracelet
I made this quite a while ago and am reposting it here as I have closed the original blog on which it resided. However I have also lost most of the construction notes. So the pictures will have to do most of the telling of the tale.
The bracelet is done in RAW (right angle weave) which produces a delicious, soft, flexible body. The focal center is created with wirewrapping, gathering the RAW fabric together into a cluster of wire-wrapped crystals.
The Swarovski clasp finishes the ends with a sparkle. The RAW fabric is wrapped around the attaching part of the clasp as part of the finishing.
