This is my fourth crochet afghan blanket. A Queen size blanket with randomly selected crochet stitches.

My sister’s daughter-in-law saw this and wanted me to make this. I have the multi-colors of yarn but not the individual stitches used in the rows. I can figure out most of them, but some are a bit difficult to see. Is there an official pattern I could follow?

  Hi Debby, sorry to say, I don’t have a specific pattern. I was just playing around, trying to use up some of my yarns, experimenting with various crochet stitches and colour palettes. I was having a rest from having to work on my normal complex patterns that require me to pay close attention all the time!
  
  My suggestion would be to google/pinterest for various crochet stitches or afghan crochet stitches. Try to find crochet-stitch-patterns with number of stitches that will easily fit into your specific width. For example, if your blanket is 200 stitches, then look at crochet stitch patterns that have repeats of 4, 5, 8, 10, 20 stitches etc …because 200 is multiple of any one of these numbers.
